Can I do M.Tech or MS in aviation after B.Tech in computer science?

After B.Tech in computer Science, that won't be possible as basic eligibility to take admission in this course is graduation i.e. BE/B.Tech in aerospace or allied specializations. Admission to this course is done through GATE in most of the engineering colleges in India. Course fee ranges from INR.
