Yes, you can do MA after B.Ed, but it is always better to pursue masters in the same branch as it gives better career opportunity.

Hi,
Yes, for MA - one need to have completed UG degree.
I would suggest After BA B.Ed, you should do M.Ed, so that the line of education remains same and you get better scope for job.
