can I do MA english and CTE from IGNOU simultaneously?

Can Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (CTE) be done along with Masters in Arts(English)?

no you can not do both same course from one university , you have to choose any other university

There is a PGCTE also coming afer MA English with EFL,Hyderabad and is meant for sponsored teachers of all kinds
