As your percentage is quite low, it will be quite difficult, still, hope for the best.

dear friend as my knowledge and experience you can apply for EMI in Sociology because the minimum requirement of percentages 45 and your above it so you can apply for it

With 49% in BA, you can apply for MA sociology course. As the criteria set by the university is 45% in graduation.
