    Hi,
In 2013, an expert committee of the UGC had recommended that students enrolled in a regular degree course should be allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. Thanks.

Pursuing two degrees at the same time is not legally allowed in India. Even if you plan to pursue both the degrees together, you shall have to pursue one via correspondence mode and the other can be a regular one. But please be aware that you cannot showcase both the degree courses simultaneously.
