Can I do Masters in computer science in America, Canada or Germany after completing BCA in India?

Yes, you can if you have any prior experience in that field. You should clear GRE exam for better colleges abroad.

There is nothing about 16 year is compulsory for Master of computer science or not, please if you can help?
