Can I do Masters in CSE from Canada with 71% in B.Tech, 7 bands in IELTS, 76% in XII, 93% in X along with 6-month internship?

Also, I have a decent SOP and LOR, 2 national projects and a couple of normal projects. I had 2 backlogs cleared on the 1st attempt. The universities I aim for include University of Ottawa, Western, Guelph, Carleton, Windsor, York. What are my chances in the above universities?
