Can I do Masters in fashion designing after B.Tech in EEE branch? What is the admission criteria in top fashion designing colleges?

Yes. You can. One of my students, after her B.Tech in IT, did her course in Fashion Designing. The eligibility for such courses is graduation to do Masters. On the basis of your 12th, you can so a bachelor's course but that would not be needed as you already possess an engineering degree.
