Can I do Masters in psychology /philosophy after completing Bachelor's degree in VFX and animation?

These two programmes are based on human behavior, body language, understanding of thoughts in different ways.
If you are interested to know about then you may pick in distance mode and if you want to make career in the same then you need to start in regular mode. -

Why do you want to change the subjects at this stage? VFX and animation are good subjects and you will get good jobs in these fields.
Changing subjects at Master's level will make it difficult for you in understanding the concepts and then getting further jobs.
