Yes, you can pursue MBA. My cousin did MBA from LPU which is one of the top B-schools in India. Lovely Professional University is ranked the best private university by ASSOCHAM in 2017 and ranked among top 40 B-schools by NIRF. You should do MBA-ABM from ICAR affiliated university. It is a better choice. Best of luck.

Yes, you can, but I don't think it as a logical point, you have a good graduation stream and so must say you can pursue job with this degree or else pursue Masters in your field and do research work there. Otherwise, if you want, you have to manage a minimum of 55% in your graduation and clear CAT,
