Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.Tech, or even with any other undergraduate degree programme, For MBA you should only have graduate degree with 50% marks. If you ask about the Job, It will depends on your field of MBA. However, if you have done your MBA in IT you will able to get a job in IT sector, and so on.
