Yes, you can do MBA after B.A Political Science. And MBA as usual hold a good market value. There is quite a demand of MBA students. And, MBA with political science is a good combination. So, you can go on for doing MBA.

Whichever branch you are comfortable with. But will request you to have marketing as minors or even majors because the initial phase of any job in a company is sales or marketing.
