Yes, you can do MBA course after higher secondary exam.

You can do MBA after +2 from some universities. Universities such as Amity International Business School (AIBS) run dual degree 4 years program in which students on successful completion of 4 years are awarded BBA + MBA (Dual) degrees. IIM Indore also runs a Five year integrated Management program.
