Why not? You can do MBA at any stage of your career. I did my MBA after doing M.Tech CS and that too after six years gap.

Yes, you can pursue MBA but before that you have to clear their entrances which will provide you the best college in India. These entrances are CAT, MAT, XAT and DMAT. Prepare for them and crack them.
    All the best.

You can easily go for it as you already have Bachelor's degree, which is the minimum edibility criteria for MBA.

Without any disrespect I would say it is a foolish decision. Well if you have to do MBA at last why should you do B.Tech and then M.Tech. I prefer you to prepare for various UPSC exams. And crack some of the test as it will do good to your confidence.

Both course are good. It depends on your interest, both are difficult, and there are different criteria to take admission. For admission in M.Tech, you need to crack GATE and syllabus is fully technical. For admission in MBA, you need to crack, CAT XAT GMAT and other similar exam and syllabus is not technical.
