Can I do MBA after my degree of B.Sc in AME from Singhania University? Will I be facing any problem?

Yes, MBA is a post graduation course which you can pursue after your graduation. You only need 2 years to complete this degree. For appearing in this course, you only need 50%marks in your graduation degree. Well, in my opinion, you will not going to face any problem in this degree.
