A candidate needs to have atleast 50% and above (Open Category) and 45% and above (Reserved Category) in Graduation to be eligible. Cutoff for MAT is 99.9X percentile.

Hi, the eligibility for open category is above 50% in graduation and for other categories, it is above 40% in graduation. Regardless of your score in MAT.
