can i do MBA(Finance) with B.SC(comp) background.....If yes how the opportunitys will be there for science students.....

yes u do MBA after B.sc(comp) bcoz in MBA eligibility criteria is Graduation

As you are a science background student than finance is not good for you but still you can take finance, In my opinion It and Marketing is good option for you
