Well there are some average institute that gives you admission with 45% marks. But, most of the top institutes in India has eligibility criteria of minimum 50% marks in Graduation. So, it is difficult to get top institute with 45% marks.

If you belong to a reserved category then you are eligible for CAT and MAT exam. Otherwise, try for some private college.

For general category students, minimum 50% marks are required for becoming eligible for admission for MBA. So, in case you belong to the general category, then you need to try and reappear for graduation and try to score more than 50% marks or enroll for Masters programme and score more than 50% in
