Can I do MBA in aviation after completing B.Sc. Aeronautics.

Yes, but you need to appear for any of the entrance examinations like CAT MAT SNAP GMAT to qualify for MBA Aviation courses. You should have passed your graduation from any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%.. .
