Can I do MBA in Canada? I have done B.Tech in mechanical engineering and I dont have any work experience.

Canada is not a country to offer lot of options for MBA to students without work experience. If you are looking for long term settlement in Canada and to gain valuable work experience, then go for skilled courses. They call it post-graduation certificate or diploma. But please remember that it has to be relevant to your studies. Industrial design and automotive is a huge industry in Canada. Look for that.
Still, if you wish to our sue MBA, look for NYIT and Thompson River University. They don't ask for work experience.

Yes, you can do MBA in Canada after your graduation in engineering. It's good to think of education beyond graduation. Canada is a good country. Half English speaking & other half French speaking. Thus, Indian students find it very convenient because of language.
