So far the inputs i possess persuing for MASTER DEGREE requires 3 yrs Graduation degree completion & it is applicable in case of open university even.

You can do MBA in HR from any recognised university if you have completed your Bachelor's Degree at 60% and above.. It has no relation with your Diploma. If you like my answer choose it as Best Answer
