Can I do MBA in IT after doing B.Sc in IT?
I have passed my 12th exams with PCMB group and now l am in the first year of B.Sc IT.

Absolutely, you can do the MBA after B.Sc IT. There are many people who have done this and are planning to do. However, you need to choose your specializations sincerely so it fits to your career and your graduation stream. Additionally make sure to be top scorer. It helps you to get go

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc. ( IT) is better, However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
