Can I do MBA in mass communication after doing BBA or B.Com? How is its scope?

I have passed my 12th with 60% from science stream.

Why do you think mass communication is a management subject and it should be offered as an MBA specialisation? Why not as Master of Journalism and Mass Communication or MA in communication? The term MBA means Master of Business Administration and Mass communication is not a business administration
