Yes, you do any of the both courses, if you complete your graduation with a minimum of 50% average with no backlogs.

As per my views, you can do MBA and MCA after the graduation. The minimum qualification for MBA or MCA is that you have to qualify graduation with 50%, so it does not matter that you have passed by which course you can pursue for MCA also but main thing is that you have Maths in your graduation.

Yes, you can definitely go for it. For MBA (i.e for CAT exam), you will just need a Bachelor's degree, so your stream doesn't matter much. If you complete the (H) with computer science, I suggest you to go through MCA because you can get a lot of opportunities for a job.
