Can I do MBA with low academics? I have 54% in 10th, 45% in 12th and 65% in graduation.

Yes, you can do MBA with a good college. You can compensate for your low academic score with certain exceptional entrances score in the MBA exams like CAT, XAT, IIFT, SNAP, etc. and also with an confident and impressive interview. Many colleges consider overall academics while admitting students in their college but their are many colleges who take the students with low academics well. For getting admission, you should have a decent percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT). You can target FMS as they don't have a lot of weightage for academics but for CAT score and your profile. Please focus on your undergraduation marks too and do a lot of Internships to improve your profile and hence increase the chances of getting a call. Build your profile and acquire many skills which might land you get admission in a good college for your betterment.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Hence an MBA degree from top B-Schools is a must for betterment of their career. A lot of Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges give high importance to academics. Leading B-Schools such as Iims give a weightage of 40% to academics. A percentage of around 80% is the minimum criteria in academics for top 5 Iims. You get into IIM with poor academics However old Iims is going to be difficult, you can definitely aim new and baby Iims. You need to score high in CAT. Hi Chiranjit Das, Yes, you could get into an amazing MBA university. You could catch up on your low academic rating (in 12th) with fantastic front rating in the MBA tests (which includes CAT XAT IIFT SNAP and many others) and an excellent interview. Class 10th and twelfth marks plays an important function in entering into good MBA colleges.
