Nope, as per your 12th PCB score, you're not eligible for MBBS BDS entrance examinations. For appearing Medical Common entrance examination, you need to have at least 55% in 12th in PCB.

You need to give entrance exams like aipmt,neet or state CET's for MBBS and BDS and other mainline courses.
