Hi,
Yes you can but the ideal options after B.COM are M.COM, MBA, LLB, etc. However if you are passionate about making a career in IT industry, then you may pick M.C.A
If no Maths, then you can opt the following ways-

You can pursue MBA in Systems Management/ IT Services Management after your B.Com. if you want to work with IT Companies in Management areas.
