Can I do MS from USA after completing BS in computer science from Canada?

Yes, you can. You will still need to apply for study permit and will apply as an Indian student that is as an international student. You may be exempted from giving TOEFL or IELTS if your BS is completed form an English speaking institution or country. Hope it helped. Best of Luck.
