Dear Karan, You can apply for MS into Automobile Engineering from Germany. The qualification required will be graduation, so you can join it. Only you need to give entrance exam for same.

I doubt that any university will accept this. For the MTech you need to have the basic knowledge of Automobile or Mechanical engineering. Lot of scope exist in Computer Sciences field and try to enrich by a related MTech degree.
