Can I do Ms in comp.sci after completing BSC from an Open univ in India ? any suggestions are welcomed.

I am 20yrs old, and working with a Data Center as System Admin, I have completed Diploma in Computer Technology. I need to go for MS in U.S, but i need to know shall i go for B.E or can i go for MS after doing BSC from open university in India with some work exp ?
