Can I do Msc/Bsc in maths with or after CSE Btech in IIT?

I'm very good at both, I want job in CSE field but want to study maths for interest.

    Chennai Mathematical Institute offers opportunity to do M Sc Mathematics for B Tech graduates. For many IITs, a Bachelors degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters with 55% aggregate seems to be the eligibility and clearance of JAM .
