Hi,
Yes, you can pursue M.Sc animation after B.Sc Computer Science.
To pursue you need to pass with 45% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.

Nice to know that you are evaluating a Creative Career in Animation after graduation..
You may do a regular course with graduation in any stream from most universities.
