Hi,
You can go for provisional admission though the criteria varies for all colleges. You would be asked to submit your mark sheet and degree within the given timeline.
It is advisable to inform about your arrears at the time of admission in order to avoid any later repercussions.

I am graduate now but I have a one kt in sem 2 so I am available to take admission in M.Sc. Or not.

Any UGC approved college or university will not give admission unless you submit your B.Sc. final year mark sheet. Only thing which can be submitted later, after the admission, is Migration certificate.
