no you can not do Mtech after BCA , after MCA you can go for Mtech

Hi Rajalaxmi,
To pursue M.Tech you need to :
1) Pass B. E. / B. Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering from recognized University/Institutions.
OR
Pass A.M.I.E. (India ) Exam with appropriate Specializ

No, you can not. Admission to M.Tech. is available after B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc. and MCA.
