Hi,
Yes, you may surely pursue MBA in aviation after completing Bsc in aeronautical science as in order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.

After completing an MSc you can appear for GATE examinations and based on the scores so obtained, you can apply for M Tech
