Can I do Mtech in Bioinformatics after BE computer science?

I'm currently pursuing my 3rd year in engineering in comp sci...i want to kno if i can get Mtech in Bioinfo through GATE, and if so, wat wil b my syllabus for the entrance;can it be computer science subjects itself or other new topics?
