    yes you can do after declaring the reason of gap.you will have to submit an affidavit from a certified notary

    Yes, you can surely pursue graduation now as well. If you wish to get into a regular college then, get a certificate of gap year and there you go!

    Yes, you can do graduation after 12th with a valid proof of what you've been doing for the last 3 years.
