Can I do PGDM or MBA in operations? I have done B.Com and I am working as a quality engineer in a cable manufacturing company.

Yes, you can definitely do MBA/PGDM in operations. Make sure that you prepare well for entrance exams and get a good score and select the best college/institute which is good for the specialisation you want to opt.
