You can do PhD after BEd also provided you have a post graduate degree as minimum qualification for PhD is post graduation from a recognized university.

You need to complete Masters to go for Ph.D.

Yes, You can do Ph.D after B.Ed for sure but You must secure the stipulated percentage in your post graduation.
