Can I do Ph.D after Bachelors in Optometry without doing Masters? If so, in which colleges? What exams do I need to give for that?

No, you cannot do Ph.D after Bachelors. You have to complete Masters and then you can do Ph.D. No college provides Ph.D after Bachelors.
