The answer is no. Actually, for doing a Ph.D. you need to complete your Post graduation first. That means after completing B.Voc you need to enroll in master degree programme, let's say M.Des M.B.A M.A. M.Com or etc. After completion of your 2 year post graduation program, now you are eligible to en
