Yes, you can. For becoming a radiologist: 1. Go to Medical School. 2. Get an MBBS or MBCh degree. 3. Get on to a Radiology residency. 4. Get an MD or FRCR in Radiology. Alternatively, you could consider a career as a radiographer.
