Dear umesh,
I am not sure whether IME is having degree (B.Tech)
You will be eligible to pursue MBA if you qualify following criteria
Degree from a recognized university
and cracking state/institutional eligibility test

Definitly because Corr. BTech not takken any Reputed organisetion For your bright future you should have a regular Certificate.Best Of Luck
