can i do the aeronautical engineering after electronics engineering?

Yes you can do it. The eligibility for admission to post graduation in aeronautical engineering is B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics engineering but not I.T. The basics of engineering are not included in I.T.
