As you told you have done diploma in Mechanical Engineering :Go for Higher Studies
I think you should go for B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
As Mechanical Engineering is only branch which is evergreen and it has very large scope.
You can directly get admission in B.Tech 2nd year b
