Can I do two courses simultaneously? I am looking for regular B.Tech.

Why you're trying to do 2 undergraduate courses at a same time. It will have no importance. If you're doing B.Tech or B.Sc try to do well. You can go for small certificate courses if you wish to acquire extra skills.
