Mandeep I doubt if you can do M.Tech IT from PU as their eligibility criteria says you need to be B.Tech. But you can go for M.Tech IT from another reputed university in Punjab i.e LPU. Their eligibility criteria says Pass with 50% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA/ M.Sc (IT/ Compu
