You can download your entrance exam hall ticket for BFA even if there is some error in your application form. However, you will need to get that corrected as soon as possible. Most universities or examination conducting bodies allow a correction window within which you should be able to make changes to certain details on your application form. Edit first, If such a correction window is open, before downloading the hall ticket.
