Can I drop chemistry if I choose BE in computer science, information technology (IT) or computer engineering?

    If you want to make your career in IT industry and if chemistry is troubling you, then you should drop it.

    No, you can't because there is a subject chemistry in semester 1. In that semester 1, the topics in chemistry are same as in class 11 and 12. So, I will suggest you to not to drop chemistry. And second thing is this, if you want to pursue BE, then you have to take PCM. So, in the either way, you won't be able to drop it.
