I want to do in top colleges in VTU. But can i eligible to write PGCET from VTU?

Hi,
I.G.N.O.U is well recognized worldwide. So with a B.C.A degree from there, you can proceed to apply for PGCET entrance exam.
It is advisable to visit the respective website for further details.
